Measurement of Coating ThicknessMiniTest 600 - NEW!
Durable and economical statistical coating thickness gauge
F-type is used for all non-magnetic coating coatings on steel, such as paint, plastic, enamel, chromium, zinc, etc.
N-type is used for all insulation coatings on non-ferrous metals (aluminum, zinc, copper, etc.), such as anodized films, paints, coatings, etc.
FN type has functions of F type and N type
A brand new data statistical analysis solution!
Dual purpose probe automatically switches to the correct metal substrate: iron/non-ferrous
MiniTest 600- The most durable, high-precision, and convenient for statistical analysis
application
This simple and practical portable coating thickness gauge is designed specifically for non-destructive, fast, and accurate measurement of coating thickness.
The MiniTest 600 thickness gauge is particularly suitable for measuring anti-corrosion coatings in the automotive, shipbuilding, bridge construction, building profiles, and manufacturing industries.
According to the instrument model, MiniTest 600 can be used for measuring
All non-magnetic coating coatings on steel, such as paint, plastic, enamel, chromium, zinc, etc.
All insulation coatings on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, austenitic stainless steel, such as anodized films, chemical coatings, paint coatings, ceramics, etc.
describe
The host is equipped with a 128 * 64 bit LCD backlit display screen and powered by AA batteries. The clock function can record the test time and set the automatic shutdown time.
External integrated design, the probe connects a 1-meter-long cable to the host, and the latest developed probe top is made of very wear-resistant hard material to ensure long-term use without damage.
Different probes, MiniTest 600 is available in three models
F-type magnetic induction probe is used to measure coatings on steel substrates.
The N-type eddy current probe is used to measure coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates.
The FN dual-purpose probe measures coatings on steel and non-ferrous metal substrates.
The FN dual-purpose probe automatically recognizes the substrate material, and the instrument automatically switches to the correct metal substrate: iron/non-ferrous.
The instrument complies with ISO, DIN, BS, ASTM, and GB standards.
USB interface
MiniTest 600 can be connected to a computer through random software and data cables to display measurement and statistical values.
